Soul searching

Frost needs to do a little soul searching. Are you going to keep this staff of your groomsman, buddies or go find the coaches that will do the job? There is close to $15 mill worth of payroll on this staff and this is the the results.

Frost is by far the biggest issue so I’m not sure what firing his buddies will do.

Also, if he didn’t do any “soul searching” after his first two losing seasons he never will. The guys ego is bigger than the Grand Canyon. He ain’t changing. He will probably go to bed thinking he called a fantastic game tonight.

Frost needs to check his ego and admit he's over his head . Then start looking for all the proven help he can get.

The talent on the team is there - Pat Fitzgerald even said as much. The results on the field continue to be less than impressive. This is on the coaches. I am not in favor of firing Frost, but he needs to start making some changes in personnel, on and off the field.

He's getting paid $5 million per year. He was babied by Moos. He needs to start producing.
