Cummings has been brought up to speed on Trump's minority outreach to rescue inner cities which I have posted in some detail here.
It's an exciting plan designed to create business owners, banks, manufacturing jobs, and speed up capital formation to erase economically depressed areas through the use of tax free "enterprise business zones".
Cummings knows his constituents need jobs more than rhetoric, and Trump is not 'BSing' him about the well thought out strategy behind this outreach which will include private investment, civic philanthropy, clergy, community outreach, mentoring organizations, and successful entertainers who are also pledging to provide needed media attention and seed funding for banks and other needed financial services.
The Media of course is not reporting on any of this, preferring instead to paint Trump and Chafetz as a couple of insensitive racists...but the smart money people are already on board with Trump and when they hear details of this plan most all are 100% in support of it. (except the radical Left)

Don't believe everything you hear, especially from the big news Media Snow Sled Baby. I have plenty of Black friends who both voted for and enthusiastically support Trump because like him, they are not fans of Leviathan.
So it's not a flood of support to be sure, but once Trump follows through with his promises of jobs and capital investment in inner cities, Black's attitudes about him will change. The Left knows this, and is very much opposed to him succeeding in that respect.
And btw, what does THAT tell you about them being so "concerned" about the Welfare of my people? (As long as they are handing out the checks right Snow Sled Baby?)

You can always tell who's against the taxpayers Snow Sled Baby...they're the ones who are always calling for more of the (taxpayer's) money to be taken away and given to someone else who didn't earn it. Usually themselves!
