Im late on this and days have gone by we’re more coulda been posted. Couple of SF post already started but it’s never too late.
We got to 9 pages and we had a good run on the SF week 12 post. This one won’t happen but at least get a few hits. I’ll get this started but before I do, I’m going through some stuff, any believer reading this please keep me in prayer. God knows the need.
West and Shelby- already posted I clearly see, I even commented. Anyone knows or feels it’s a lost battle but I wouldn’t give up or write off West. Will take some time off clock with running plays, first downs, and Shelby making mistakes for West to stand a chance. That’s my rant.
Maiden and ER- of course everyone picks ER on this one even me. Great running game that South Point had a hard time stoping. As with the West game, this will take some mistakes on ER end for Maiden to stay in it. If it gives Maiden fans any hope, South Caldwell scored a lot in a losing effort against ER. So they must not have the best defense in town. ER by 3 scores but no more.
EL and Pisgah- a few years ago/a couple years ago this would be a nice contest. Can’t really see anything happening here except a score or 2 and a test to see if Pisgah plays a soft schedule themselves. Still like everyone else can’t see why they are set higher than Hibriten but that’s ok. They do play a harder schedule than Hibriten(I mean who don’t lol)
Smokey Mtn and North Lincoln- a game not really mentioned or talked about much so I’ll start it. Don’t know anything bout em other than what was already said and that’s they do spread? Also looked at their schedule and wins/losses. I gotta say this looks a little softer for North to be playing them than SPoint first round but this looks to be a team that’s coming with a force. These guys beat Bevard and barely lost to Pisgah so we’re looking at a harder game than Bandys. It’s winnable for North though and just the fact they’ve had a turnaround from last year I’m happy to see em in. With an extra week of Bazzel working with the boys there’s no telling how it may turn out. Expect a crowd and a game that could go either way but may be leaning toward Smokey on paper.
Thoughts?
