Regardless of this fight over whether Barwis is better than Joseph or vice versa, strength and conditioning has not been an edge WVU has had over other teams during Joseph's tenure. You can't strength and condition non NFL talent into NFL talent, so players in the NFL are a moot point. You can use strength and conditioning, along with a good scheme, to allow non NFL talent a chance to be productive against NFL talent. So while he may not be hot garbage, Joseph certainly isn't some great asset that WVU would be hard pressed to replace.

yeah..talent is mostly genetics... some people think you can build a baller but..nah you can't...I watched a 15 yr old who never had any S&C training run a hand held 4.3 forty...not too many Percy Harvin's in the world
