Penn State trustees will complete training on open meetings law and disclose more about closed-door meetings after settling a lawsuit with Spotlight PA.
Eh, they will just do the training and then ignore it. But this time there will be no one inside the board to call them on it.
I saw the thread title and asked myself, “Where the hell is Spotlight, PA?”
They state they are confident they are compliant with the law, yet are sending board members to a class on sunshine laws. Ummmm ok...
