Springston Resigns At Walkertown

Coach Springston at Walkertown has reigned his spot effective today after some disagreements with the school's administration which he openly discussed in the article. He compiled a 17-7 record in his two years of varsity level ball. Says he is leaving the school all together and wants another coaching job in some form.

Thoughts? Walkertown could be a nice job if they get the right coach in there. They are getting a harder non-con schedule I believe too.

Wow. Huge school, great facilities and great athletes? Walkertown isn't just a nice job, it's a GREAT job.

That program is a burgeoning juggernaut. Someone is going to inherit a gold mine.

It would be interesting to know what the disagreement is about. It has to be something significant for the coach to resign seeing as how he has been successful there and the program is getting better.

Walkertown would be a interesting place to coach at. Football has some success. Look at the other sports they are not very competitive in them with the exception of Wrestling
