So with Tuioti leaving we have 2 hires open.

Frost has the opportunity to create a dynamic staff, but it would require some changes. It won’t happen, but on this Christmas Day here’s something to float for fun.

Either Dawson or Ruud moved into the newly opened director of player development role or something similar. Chinander takes over either OLB or MLB, hire one of the best recruiters in the country at DL in Ed Orgeron, give him the recruiting coordinator title. Promote Busch for special teams, then hire a RB coach and Frost will have something resembling a top level staff.

Orgeron wouldn’t come as a position coach, even with the recruiting coordinator title.

Dawson is DL and Ruud is still gonna be ILBs and neither one are moving to that position.

Move Dawson to DL. Rudd to handle all LBs or Busch can with the ST coordinator title. And then a RBs coach. Which seems to be point to Ron Brown the longer this drags on.
