Great news but ugh.. i hate how everything will soon be so fragmented.. DC streaming service, ESPN+, Neflix, Hulu, Disney...

I think Disney will either shut down Hulu or merge it with their streaming service since they will have controlling interest in it.

They're expected to expand Hulu. Supposedly everything that's not on the Disney streaming service will be on Hulu. R rated content or more mature content such as Deadpool will not be on the Disney service, but could be on Hulu.

I don't think so, even though they will own 50% there are still other networks with enough ownership that would cause some issues IMO.
