Big week in the MVAC this week, conference title on the line in West Jefferson, Starmount has played well as of late, but Ashe just has to much this year, Big game between EW and WC, WC needs to win to have a hope and a prayer to get in the playoffs, the most interesting matchup imo is the Elkin vs Alleghany, definitely playoff seeding spots on the line in that one, and someone will finally get a conference win in the NW vs WW matchup, a chance to finish the year on a positive note
That is a packed week with a lot on the line. I do think the Rams will give Ashe a good game, but I expect Ashe will win. It the Rams can get pressure on the quarterback they will have a chance. East could not.
Wilkes Central will be up for the Cardinals and I expect WC to win by 2 touchdowns.
The Trojans may be too much for the Elks at the line of scrimmage, although Elkin does have the speed advantage.
North Wilkes will clobber West. After seeing North play, there is too much talent on that team for them to be 0 - 5 in the league.
I hate the most wonderful time of the year is coming to a close.

Brian Hampton might be one of the best Offensive minds in NC. Too much power on that side of the ball.

I just don't know if WC has anything for the Cards this year, they are just so beat up and are limping to the finish line, I hope I'm wrong though, Problem with Ashe this year is they are so balanced they still like to throw it around but now have a tough back to compliment with it, and they are very good upfront
