State -20.5 over memphis?

I don't know that they can be worse than 2-10, but they shouldn't be any better.
I guess you can't say "this isn't your grandfather's Memphis", because it probably is, but you could say "this isn't your older brother's Memphis".
There is so much apathy in this city about the football team this year. They aren't running their mouths at all this year, because they know it's going to be bad. About the only thing they have is the hope that Porter was a good hire. That's really their only excitement about this year is to see the new coach.

We beat them 31-10 1996 and 30-10 in 2001 one. The line was 18.5. Memphis is coming into this season having lost their last 6 games last year and not supposed to have anything this year. We have a shot at covering this, but wouldn't touch it unless under 21.......it would be a shut out or 35-13 game.
