Hes' a really good guard....just low offers due to academic flags. But if those clear up...I see a Nick Haynes/Bunchy Stallings kind of thick and explosive guard Oline prospect. He's a take for sure IMO
If Cinci hires Hartline as head coach, recruiting Ohio will probably be harder than it was when Fickell was there.
I like that this class seems to be rounding out pretty well. It’s not up to the standard we should expect given Stoops’ salary, but it could finish strong.

This DB class looks incredible! I remember though when we were hoping to get A single 4 STAR DB in a class 10 years ago. This class... with the DBs, WRs, and the OL... we just need a stellar RB and QB, and a few more big DL, and a LB recruit.
I looked on Rivalslast night and UK is dead last in class ratings in SEC next year behind even Vandy. I realize they are not the last word in recruiting but that ain't good

I've been saying it all year, just be patient. Rankings don't mean anything right now and everything points to us finishing out the class pretty strong.
Spencer to UL is prob happening according to JR. He said UK drug their feet waiting for him to get eligible. UL came in and made him a priority. As of now it's trending that way. His academics are good now
For now I’m trying not to be frustrated, but that will change if we’re paying Mark top 8 money and he uses NIL as an excuse for results that don’t live up to his salary.
This is disappointing. Got to be more to this story of why UK essentially is passing on him.
UK is definitely not passing on him. They had been waiting on him and were hosting on an OV this month. They're pushing for him but as of this morning UL had taken the lead
Worse it looks like they are gonna get Herron also. They may be gaining momentum with aspirations which wouldn't be good
I'd like to have Herron, he's a really good player that played on a really bad team but if he has one year left I wouldn't sweat it. I'd rather UK develop their young LBs, Noah Matthews, Wade, etc.

Lackford put in FC for both. Rowland confirmed Spencer but thinks UK isn't completely out. Rowland thinks UK has a shot at Herron because he likes his fit in the defense. Lackford is a top source for the Louisville/ Ohio /Indy areas
Seriously. What is going on with this class? Is Vince and Woodard the only ones recruiting at nutter? We r behind vandy right now. and now a kid we have been a lock for is going to UL? Wth
Losing enough players in the trenches to them and we’ll lose control of the rivalry
When you have limited scholarships to give, you need to make sure those players are eligible. We've had enough kids that never made it to campus or couldn't continue because of grades. I get why they would be waiting.

Not concerned at all and don't think that will come close to happening. Would like to sign Spencer if he is academically eligible. Good guard prospect, but let us not think he is a program changer or a series flipper. Do not underestimate Austin Ramsey or Grant Bingham.
