Also Trump and investment houses are preparing to set up community based lenders to jump start small businesses in inner cities. Many of them will be rebuilding dilapidated structures with that steel and erecting new shopping malls, schools, light manufacturing operations, and other commercial structures.
Minority contractors and real estate companies are also involved, and it's going to be a comprehensive plan combined with the stimulus money to revitalize inner cities and bring back good paying sustainable jobs.

And Maxine Waters is out there no where to be found. She's all over T-V squealing about Trump interfering with an investigation into collusion with Russians to steal the election from Hillary.
