Actually, Executive Privilege extends back to George Washington.

The judge in the Bannon case made an egrecious error by not allowing it as a defense.

He should be summarily disbarred by setting back a constitutional privilege dating bsck 250 years.

Bannon will win on appeal ... probably at the SCOTUS level.
