Basically Orville heard from somewhere that Steve Kerr said something about drugs. Now we don't know if Orville got 2nd hand info or not. I haven't seen anything that affirms Steve Kerr advocates for crack cocaine for depression, but the rumor is out there. Orville didn't provide a link so it could be just hearsay.
