As I said, a loss to Vandy would be catastrophic.
All that work and momentum right down the drain. I know I'll get flamed and ridiculed but this marks the beginning of the hot seat for Beamer.
Us decent arm chair quarterbacks and coaches hoped it would be different but we knew the truth.
OL coach should have been fired last season. He is absolutely awful. Someone else said we finished ranked 120th+ in sacks allowed for the past two seasons and going into the Vandy game we had already give up 6 sacks. That has now translated into our QB getting knocked out and an inexcusable loss. An embarrassing loss.
Beamer had his chances and blew them all. Now we're stuck with this mess, AGAIN!!! It's time for heads to roll or Beamer to resign. One or the other and as of today I really don't care which. I like Beamer just fine and I know he loves USC and wants to be our long-term coach but you can't hire position coaches out of a cracker jack box and hope everything will be ok. It clearly doesn't work. Shula and Teasley need to be gone. Yesterday. Last night. It's that simple.
