Can anyone share any info on Dunlap? I don't know much other than that they have the state's top recruit (Mack Sutter TE/WR, DE) who will be playing for the Crimson Tide next year. I honestly thought that Jonas Williams was the unanimous top recruit and had no idea about this guy... Looks like a nice facility. A lot of trips to the state playoffs with little success other than this year and one trip to the title where they lost to Phillips. If you want to play the common opponent game (which I don't like to do), Dunlap and Crete Monee was a back and forth game that was won late, StL and Bradley Bourbonnais was a back and forth game that was won late, Bradley Bourbonnais beat Crete Monee 41-6 in week 2. Crete Monee looks like a team that vastly improved as the year went on though.

Any good local food spots/watering holes for pre/post game?

Thanks in advance!

I'm looking for info as well - I was able to find 1 QTR of their game vs Morton (10/17/25) on YouTube. Those 8 mins of football were uneventful - Morton led 8 - 0 after 1QTR and ended up winning by 1pt. Their #7 AL guy was not featured in the game up to that point - although he did have a long hanging punt (I guess he does everything).

i watched dunlap vs washington. Was closer than in score than the game. i felt washington handled them but score was closer. Sutter is there go to on offense and he makes plays on defense. i cant imagine STL having a problem with 1 guy. Dunlap is a nice area. money in that area. the parents know it as well if ya get my drift.

Dunlap has great facilities.
Double A's, Knuckles, Braskys, Last Chance are local spots. There is a mall with the usual BWW, etc.
I second Knuckles it’s about 5ish min from the school. And also Double A is another great option but a little further away around the 15 min t timeframe to the school

think chatham glenwood fans. same deal. very entitled. if they lose....its not because they got beat by a better team.....refs, cheating, recruiting......so and so on. so...I am from this area.....looking for a 50-0 STl beat down of dunlap.

Hopefully the dunlap principal has a little more class and respect if they do end up losing.

Last week the chatham glenwood principal came in the press box and was shouting profanities at the esl staff during the game.

Pretty amazing the narrative of that game is the kids at esl are classless and undisciplined but the adults from chatham cursing out esl staff and having to be physically restrained.

I'm sure. Maybe just one thread without you guys making everything about ESL and how amazing and unfairly treated they are? Thanks.

StL stops Dunlap on 4th down inside the 10. Then Corey Les busts one for 80 yds, then finished the drive with a TD.
28-7 StL 542 left 4Q

Does StL have St. Louis next? Very shocked they made it this far…or maybe the CCL is just that good. But they were not impressive any of the regular season games I saw them this year.

Refs were brutal in this game in the first half. I’m usually the last one to criticize officiating but it was really bad and definitely had an impact on the game. They knew it too and I think it got us some make up calls after the half. STL should’ve won much more handily. Was not very impressed with Dunlap and their top rated recruit. Wind was a factor. STL receivers had Dunlap secondary beat all day but we couldn’t connect on the deep ball. Dunlap coaching staff also had some real head scratching calls. They essentially ran out the clock for the Vikings late. Corey Les took over in the second half. Kid is a wrecking ball. Nice facility. Now on to our date with the Flyers…😬

On the inadvertent whistle, the Back Judge was about 30 yards out of position and had no view that the Dunlap returner fumbled the ball and was recovered by the Vikings. That hurt at the moment - clear fumble and clear recovery but the whistle was blown while the ball was rolling on the ground and a second or two before recovery. I went back and watched the video of the play and the announcers had no clue as to what happened-they stated that there was a penalty on the Vikings and they weren't sure why the coaches and funs were fuming. This occurred with just seconds remaining in Q1 and would have given the Vikes the ball around the Dunlap 35. The referee clearly acknowledged that was his fault. I do think some makeup calls were tossed our way after that.
