I think if Pope could land Stokes that just might open the flood gates for recruiting. Mashburn was Pitino's first big time recruit.
There's no reason to think he's not KU tho. Sucks cuz I hate those guys but facts are facts
Pope will never sign top talent everybody knows this you cannot sustain success at a Blueblood that way recruiting is the lifeblood of a program

There is absolutely zero chance pope is not the coach next season unless something insane happens. It’s after next season that it might be a possibility
