I know of no one who cares and I have not heard a conversation about it in my vast travels.
Which middle school is this one? There is a Jackson Middle School in Vienna which I believe is also named for Stonewall. How about Stonewall Jackson HS in Charleston or is that even around anymore. Again, I am not necessarily in favor of changing the names of these schools or tearing down monuments. It is something that needs to be looked at individually and I have no problem with a school named for Stonewall being in WV.

Not at all. I don’t care about the rebel flag, I don’t care about the statues of confederates, knock yourselves out. The way I look at it, is the quicker the better, let’s get all of the excuses out of the way as fast as possible. We’re at statues and monuments being the issue Democrats fail blacks, which ought to be illuminating to anyone looking at the big picture on just how far astray from real issues we’ve gone. Pretty soon, you all will run out of acceptable excuses and the great awakening will occur where blacks see elitist Democrats as what they are. Just another group of people profiting off of blacks that provide zero return on investment.
New York Moderates are always pissed about Confederate solders from WV...and a jr. high school at that...I will only add that WV was formed as a state because of being anti slavery (we know their was more to that)...so I guess we continue to outpace the state of VA with their Blackface Dim Gov.

58 schools are named for Lee and more than a dozen each honor General Stonewall Jackson and Sidney Lanier, a poet and private in the Confederate Army. Since June 29, 2 of the Confederate-named schools have changed names.

I guess the West Side of Charleston can be happy even though it does nothing to help it deal with being the worst part of Charleston. I’ve not met anyone that enjoys going over there.
