You laugh, but I like hoping. Gives me a reason to root for or against some of these teams. I'm not booking tickets to Atlanta, but nothing wrong with another reason to root for Bama over Tennessee.

JP, just playin' around man. The team is what it is. I will say this though...I've been extremely impressed with how hard the team appears to be playing. The defense is busting their ***. The offense probably is as well, they're just talentless at QB at this point.

Beat Miss St and Mizzou and we're assured of a .500 finish in the SEC. Only happened what 2 or 3 times in 40 years? If we can get some semblance of a passing attack, Cats have a shot against any team left not named UL.
I personally have never had a problem finding reasons to root for Tennessee to lose
It's a win, much better than a loss. Not impressive by any means. Vandy is a really bad offensive team. Defense is playing better but it wasn't going against much today.

I'd say MSU and Mizzou will be telling as well....Neither are very good, but I believe both are better than Vandy. I also believe it will be a tall order to win 1 of the 2. But anyway.....GO CATS!
Yea, why is that funny ? It's the truth. Either says how bad the SEC east is or that the Cats are actually a decent team. Probably a combination of both.
Seems every game that looks more and more like it could be a win, posters point out that those teams aren't very good. And after we beat those teams, all we hear is they were terrible not a good win, let's see if we can beat the teams who are way better than us to see any improvement. The Alabama game we looked better, and posters come out saying that they just over looked us.
Last week Florida beat vandy same as we did. And some negative posters were saying we had no chance last night. We win and same people saying vandy is worse team in sec now.
I mentioned this in another post poking at Vol fans on our board. After next Saturday we will very likely be tied with Tennessee for second place in the SEC East. And if Florida had played LSU this week like they were scheduled to do, we would have more than likely been in a 3 way the for FIRST PLACE!!!!!!

The defense is developing a Brooks toughness to it. The running game is also giving the offense a Brooks style as well.
