Ive asked this in two other contract threads and didnt get a reply so pardon the new thread...

Does stoops' buyout decrease if he is employed elsewhere?

I do not believe so. Charlie Weis is the perfect example of this. Not 100% on this, but pretty sure.

He double dips as far as I know. However his next job would be a coordinator at about 1/10th of what he makes here.

Not only will he get his full salary, he also gets to use three high end vehicles and paid memberships to several country clubs.

I thought his contract read that if he were employed elsewhere that UK would be on the hook for the difference? Say if his contact calls for $12 mil over 4 years (I think that's close) and he gets a job at $1 mil per year then uk would only be on the hook for the $2 mil per year difference?
