So should our assignment for a new coach only include old *** people or can we move into the 21st century?

If not, I guess we are stuck with dead people as our next coach which would be a lateral move at this point. Maybe even a slight improvement

it's great we can have spirited debates about this, but again I feel most are missing the BIG PICTURE.
