Is there any real concern that the game cannot be played on Saturday?

I just hope if we can't play Saturday that the game can be rescheduled.🏈
Baseball, the only civilized sport would not occur on such a day predicted. Football on the other hand, needs to be played.

I think avoiding rain is the main issue more than wind
I've sat through several game-long deluges down there. I'm thinking specifically of games versus East Carolina and Kentucky, when every step brought up splashing water and both opponents had running backs set single-game rushing records against us.

Yeah, I remember sitting in lower west stands next to steps and water was running down steps like a waterfall

Not only that, the rain was in the forecast. It isn't as if it came as a surprise.

I think I was at that East Carolina game. The lower concourse on the north end of East stands was flooded. Wanna say 1996? Also, that was maybe 95 or 96 Kentucky game. Had club seats, if I remember correctly, had to go pee like 5 times in the first half and almost everytime I went Moe Williams scored another TD!

There was a game a year or so before that one that was clear during tailgate until close to game time and a small cloud appeared West of stadium. It kept on drifting toward stadium and when game started, it poured the entire 1st half.

Whoever rescheduled the game is a moron. (Ray Tanner?) At least I can focus on Mizzou possibly upsetting UGA though.
