I applaud the effort to create a safe environment.
So much of what could be a very positive experience is sacrificed for safety.
The piece on breakfast tacos and bananas is one similar to what I heard from a coach in a similar situation.
I do not have an answer and the societal macro-level cliches are not realistic.
A damn shame is what it is.

The 3 "Thorn" (D205) schools suspended night football for decades, then actually brought it back to all again within the last few years. In attending SWSC games at those sites many times, I have really not personally witnessed any incidents in the stadiums or parking areas. The worst has been lack of action by supervisory personnel in the bleachers regarding profanity and horseplay. You wonder how the reported move of those schools to the Southland Conference will shake down relative to bouncing back-and-forth between Friday night and Saturday afternoon games.
