4th down, fighting for your job, makeable distance, down 6, middle of the 4 qtr, in the redzone, and kicks it and misses. That alone shows you he doesn't have the "it" factor as a head coach.
No need for salty tears. $40M is a fortune. That kind of money is borderline theft for 15 wins. He can take an obscure assistant job somewhere and collect checks if he wants or just kick back in his mansion and relax by the swimming pool like he won the lottery..... because basically he did. If SF is an honorable man, he would at least share some of the loot with Mackenzie Milton.
