We're hearing (and hopefully reading) of gross malfeasance or sheer incompetence on the part of the DOJ regarding the prosecution of Michael Flynn. Regardless of how you feel about his guilt or innocence, what sort of reforms do you hope come as a result of this miscarriage of Justice? (either pro or against Flynn)

I'll just lay off for a while and see where the thread goes before I chime in with my own suggestions. Just curious if anyone else is as bothered by all of this as I am?

A word of caution when requested to just "answer a few questions" from the FBI:

Never ask if your attorney is needed.

Always
assume you'll need one.

Finally,
They already think you're probably guilty, so it's probably best to just clam up and make them prove their case without any help from you.

With dirty cops like the ones who went after Gen Flynn, who needs to worry about criminals? [eyeroll]
