or Rhule is being told, by the investors, to not to spend $2 million on a guy with absolutely zero college starts.

I think somebody sold old Matt some Portal Coupons. I was told the ND QB was here Sunday and they tried to lower their NIL offer. Again, I have no first hand knowledge of that, but given the current state of things in Lincoln it would not surprise me one bit.
