If it's true that "the secret of your success is hidden in your daily routine," then Scott Frost's weekly practice planning must be atrocious. Trev Alberts needs to watch an entire week of practice, randomly sit in on position meetings, and really take a close look at what is going on week to week. If it's as bad as it seems, then Trev will have an easy decision to fire Scott Frost at the end of the year.
