UT only outrebounded the Cats 33-26 (8-3 Off rebs). I swear, watching the game it felt like UT had twice that many offensive boards. I just didn't realize they got half of them on the one offensive possession late in the game. I actually feared that possession may win the game for them when they finally scored.
They got those on that one posession it seems

Williams, Carr and Garrison combined for 7 TO’s.
The rest of the team had one. Against one of the best defensive teams in the country.
I think the high post offense with the bigs triggering the ball is prone to turnovers because they are tempted to make a lot of thread the needle back door passes when they aren’t always there. They’re out in a spot where they have to pick the ball up a lot and do something with it.

Don’t get me wrong it also leads to a lot of offensive wins but it’s also prone to miscues by the bigs out there

True, but the rest of the team having 1 TO is pretty impressive to me.

Meanwhile Carr’s appeared to be 100% his own fault, unfortunately.
Yeah Carr seems healthier than he has been, but now he just can't find his rhythm, I'm confident he'll find it he's just struggling right now.
