Kind of errie for this weeks 2 big games in 2A East

Both the Stallions of SWO and the Dogs of Wallace Rose Hill have the same colors, BLACK & ORANGE.

Both have a potent offense and Orange Crush Defense

We both have a date friday night with Elizabeth

SWO travels to Elizabethtown
WRH travels to Elizabeth City

And what is Elizabeths team name ....Both are the Eagles
Both teams have Gold in their colors

Stallions and Dogs are both lower seeds
SWO #3 vs #2
WRH #5 VS #1

Outcome ...... 2 upsets ....as our paths converge at the Corral for the Eastern Division Title

The original colors of EB was actually Orange and Black when they were the cougars. When the new school was built mascot was changed to the Eagles and colors to Blue and Vegas Gold. No one liked the gold so the colors changed to Blue and Black.

ebhsfan, glad you posted that bc I remember the school as being orange/black and just asked that question on TOS just a few minutes ago! lol

SWO, that is eerie! I haven’t thought of that. Kinda reminds me of the Lincoln and Kennedy assasination comparisons.

Hey SWO check this out:
Both assasins of the two Presidents were well known by 3 names JOHN WIKES BOOTH (Killed Lincoln) and LEE HARVEY OSWALD (killed Kennedy)
Both assasins of the two Eagles are also well known by 3 names SOUTH WEST ONSLOW (killed E.Bladen) and WALLACE ROSE HILL (killed Northeastern)!

So right guttancSWO36. At the start of the season we were a "Pair of Brown Shoes" in the tuxedo of football. Coach Dempsey made some changes with positions and here we are. It was hard to see as the changes were made starting with conference play. Even with the old allignment we probably would have done about the same in our conference. I said at the beginning of the playoffs, 2nd or 3rd round MAYBE. But after round 2 I started to get that old feeling again. What they were doing, how they were doing it and to whom. They look like the Stallions I am use to. Excited to be in the Eastern Finals again. I thought it was the 11th time but it is the 12 trip in 42 years. They have exceeded all expectations for this year. WE GOT A CHANCE ...Hope they make the most of it.

I love when ppl keep sleeping on swo.....after Friday. Defense will be the key for both teams. Nobody put 21points on sw in the playoffs yet.

not true SW edgecomb put up 28 on SWO. the 3 losses SWO has is the only good teams yall have played all year. Yall play a cupcake conference schedule and a brutal non conference which you lost 3 non conference games and were blew out in all 3. you had to look better play pender trask and EC. Those teams were terrible this year. so how are you basing the fact that SWO has gotten better? is it because they played bottom feeder teams after non conference? I really dont see how you can tell if they got any better? But thats why we play the game and come Friday night we will all see just how good SWO really is. And another thing this game should be in Wallace we are tje better team witj the harder schedule and better record but because yall play no one in your cupcake conference yall will always get good seeds in the playoffs. Reality sets in about 830 friday night beacuse the Dogs will but up alot by then.

I didn’t see any WRH fans say they are sleeping on SWO. We know how good they are and how tough it’s gonna be at The Corral this week.

That whole bunch at SWO are the most arrogant bunch of people to ever walk the face of the earth including their radio crew. That's the reason I despise that place. Friday night the will get their second tail kicking from WRH.

You can say whatever you want about Swo. Wallace is a good football team no doubt. But if y'all think you got the same stallion team Friday night your wrong. Far as the conference southwest is in. We play whoever comes to us. Sw is the roadblock to Wallace 4th state championship.

EB got there *** handed to them last friday.Now your a boat jumper I understand your squad couldn't do it now you holding your nuts. We love all our fans

Nothing against EB. I saw them play SC. Bulldogs would have beat them by 40+. No doubt. Said it then. Maybe not,thought it. Dogs going to win 48 -21

SWO isnt a road block. At best a speed bump on our way to Chapel Hill. If yall were in a football conference yall would have to come to us. But hey we are undefeated on the road, and our boys like to travel. That way when we get the Eastern Championship plaque we get to celebrate on your field. So thankd for having a cupcake conference our seniors can add this to their accomplishments.

You want to compare conferences .....

The only other decent team besides yours ...You Lost To. Best of the rest, 2 were 50/50 (and we beat one in the 2nd rd) and 3 with losing records, including 1 that was 0-fer. You are welcome !!

yeah lets compare how many from your conference made the playoffs? The ECC had 5 and we have 2 left. Now what about the Cupcake conference you are in.

Just 3....a split 1/A 2A conference ...We are the only ones left. And besides you the team that beat you.

Whats next ? Cheer Leaders, water boy, Bigger Stadium, Oh yeah we got more students and a bigger parking lot. We got more compass points in our name. You have a man and woman in your name, and a pile of dirt. This is getting like back in grade school.....NA NA N DADA ....OH YEAH ..IS NOT, IS TO. I have tired of your dribble....BYE

This game reminds of northside and Clinton last year. Clinton beat northside the first game. Northside won when it really counted j/s.

I dont see the comparison on those two teams, swo got better ok so has wrh whos offense is on fire right now .

Dog79 wallace had all there players the first game. Swo had players out for one there Oklahoma commmit Green. Move a lot of other players around. Are you saying Wallace gonna put 40 up again? I say no more than 14
