You'll pay less. Well, they needs some for their mistresses, their sexual assaults, their liquor bill, 3 day weekends in the Caribbean, and of course DirectTv. You should be ashamed, sir, denigrating your elected officials like that.

You can't say that. This proves what an idiot you are. First of all, between 90 and 150 k is a huge range. Second, you don't know his number of dependents. Third, you don't know if he owns his home and has a mortgage. Fourth, you don't know if he has any home equity loans. Fifth, you don't know if he has any special medical circumstances in his family. On and on and on.....

Country i am single have small mortgage no special medical stuff cant claim my kids this year ( last year anyways i think ) but i pay for college for 2 rihht now .
The reason for the big range of income is the amount of hrs i could/can work & the pay scale i might hire in for ...thats why im wondering about the bracket i would be in . I havent added my hrs or income up yet for this year i think i made 100 thousand not counting my rig
For the last 9 years i havent worked a lot of ot because i didnt want my child support to go up ..1,400 amonth is plenty for 2 kids , this is my last 6months of that so i think im gonna hit a bunch of ot jobs. What bothers me is just breaking into a higher bracket

Shame on you...stiffing your kids for all those years. Since you knew how to scam the system I'm sure you can do the same going forward.

If you make 75k-100k at the very least your taxes will go down and your after tax income will rise about 1.4%. If you make over 125k-150k there won't be much of a difference.

What an idiot. Single between 90k and 150k he would need over 500k mortgage and a shitload of other writeoffs to not be seeing a huge cut. You dont know **** about taxes so just STFU.

My apologies......It was lame. I was actually being sarcastic and meant it as a joke.

Might want to ixnay on the comments on a message board about not working so your child support wouldn’t go up. I did divorce work early in my career, although i haven’t for decades and have not kept up with it. But a Family Law judge might smack you with sanctions and an increase in child support if made aware of this. Nothing you post on the internet is confidential or not findable. In fact, it is not uncommon for one’s opponent to find this stuff. Even if just joking around, better to avoid such public comments, for your own protection.
