I’ll admit it, I’m caught up in the hype. What can he do with 70 new players?
Belichick can be counted on to have his first bit of scripted plays run as flawlessly as possible … that was impressive. Let’s see if that execution keeps up throughout the game.

Hope Carolina loses by 1 million. If there’s a group of alumni that’s worse than Michigan alumni, it’s North Carolina.
The announcers mentioned poor tackling just as Smith Vilbert made a tackle, but I wasn’t watching the play.
unc with a quick TUDDIE.on their opening possession. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
That’s the highlight for unc so far. It hasn’t gone well for them since. 17-7, tcu, approaching halftime.

The game is not over, but even if they do pull this out somehow, overall they truly are a mess. You would think that unc, which is in a high growth state in the south, would have become a college football powerhouse by now. Perhaps they need a better conference like the SEC or B1G to better leverage their strengths, but who knows.

Impressed with TCU’s tackling. For the most part they’re solid hits and drive the player into the ground. Not many weak arm tackles and watching players continue down the field after the hit.
This B12 officiating crew is woefully incompetent. I look forward to them being assigned to an important PSU game in the future . 
Feels like his biggest mistake was starting Gio Lopez instead of Max Johnson. He claimed it was a close battle but Lopez looked lost against a defense that's subpar on paper. The OL was awful too which didn't help but Max is just more polished right now even after that injury last year.
Said it before and called it when he went to UNC... he will completely fail at UNC. Guy is a lifelong .500 coach without Brady but he is a good DC. He caught lightning in a bottle with Brady. Once Brady left we all saw what his record went back to and Brady went on to win another Super Bowl. Time may prove me wrong but I just don't see him as a great HC.
