I saw that too. I thought petitioning up to a certain class was a two-year commitment. Can Phillips play up in 6A in 2018, since they have only played in 5A one year?

Usually East St Louis is the only other program who petitions up.

All.... Well that will be good for Coach according to what he said in the article. Which was challenging his present and future players by winning a title in ALL of the upper classes. Ratsy
