My point is that is a non-sensical claim with regards to someone not in government. A private individual can't deny you your Constitutional rights.
And that makes no sense. The constitution places limitation on what the government can do. I am saying the government (some members) are not in compliance with the constitution. If we are such cowards as to let government honor our rights, why do you think we would not allow private individuals to do the same. I fail to follow your position.

From my perspective, a degree from Wharton is exceptional, as a business major myself. We/you can piss all day about what we find exceptional, but I have to be the one who makes the judgement for myself.

And remember, Neil and these others are the ones calling us "strawman" and things like that. Yet he comments about Trump being "1st in his class" when the facts do not support that. Hypocrite, perhaps?
You are just too stupid to acknowledge, but for others, I said I was repeating someone else. I have not been privy to his transcripts. Therefore, I will not make a declarative statement.

I'm not the one who called his education exceptional. You are. I'm pointing out that a single undergrad degree from Wharton (part of U of Penn, an ivy league school) is not exceptional when compared to others he is running against. Hillary went to Wellesley College (one of the highly respected 7 sisters) and Yale Law School. Carson went to Yale for undergrad and Michigan for medical school. Cruz got his undergrad from Princeton and law degree from Harvard. I don't think that makes Trump's education record "exceptional" in comparison.

You also said that he "appears to have honored the US Constitution." My point is that is a non-sensical claim with regards to someone not in government. A private individual can't deny you your Constitutional rights.

Coming from a known racist, I'll try not to lose any sleep over your opinion of my intellect. But, continue throwing out things like "hey I heard this or that" and then say "well I never said it, just that I heard it". Spreading false information is the same as starting the propaganda itself.

Much like fascism, you don't know what a strawman is.

Give us a case in point. This ought to be interesting.
GWB took us to war in Iraq. Did you believe that to be constitutional? What about waterboarding.? Telephone interception?

Would you like to elaborate on the constitutionality of these acts? You will have to tell us of what interest you find each of these - and related acts.

Who told you I was a racist? Exactly how so? Exactly what constitutes racism? You do not have to ever lose sleep over opinions on your intellect. You are simply lacking the capacity and should never fear that people will make that mistake.

Going to war in Iraq was constitutional. I don't agree with how we got there, it being based on lies of WMDs, but the U.S. Congress did vote on declaring an act of war. I don't agree with the act of waterboarding but they did do their homework and purposefully avoided breaking laws by it being done at Guantanamo (that was the sole purpose for it's location). Telephone interception was done in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Keep trying.
