President just threw a great pass to Hobbs for the TD. Funny thing is he had Johnson wide open running a post and should have hit him early on. Hobbs ended up open but it came late and Johnson dragged the safety with him in the middle. If President hits Johnson we pick up 20 but probably not a TD. Pretty well designed play there.
Any stat gurus happen to know where we rank as far as punt coverage goes? As far as the criticism this year, it sure feels like we've done a really good job with that this season.
How the FB can be an ineligible receiver downfield is beyond me.
Let’s see what Hefley can do? On the short slants and screen passes, President is a count late on his delivery and it allows the defense a chance to actually defend the pass. Our only effective play is hand off to Brewer right now and that will stop being effective about 5 plays from now.

He’s already RS’d a year and didn’t play a down during his RS FR year. We’re not burning anything if he goes in
The play calling is the same play calling as last year! WTH are you talking about? President is not able to deliver the quick hit passes on time, this is why the execution is lacking with him at QB.

Exactly. Play calling works with decent talent. We have poor talent, so have to change play calling to fit personnel.
And they don’t let him throw on 3rd and 4. Our D can’t stop a pee wee football team and we’re not going for it on 4th and willing to accept FGs. Can’t keep up doing that
