Purdue out-gained, 666 yards to 627, but ref ruling that Tennessee didn’t score TD even though ball crossed goal line because “forward progress was stopped” won the game for Purdue, 48-45. Bad, bad call. No part of player’s body touched ground when football broke plane in OT.

THAT will be disputed forever. Then Purdue got ball and kicked field goal. Refs get an assist on that one.
