I notice he landed at Garden City CC and wonder if he burned bridges with Riley. Given the lack of faith in POB, I would think he may leave. We’d better be looking at qb depth. Of course Frost recruited him, too. If he is good, I’d think he would have followed Frost.

Wow, you guys don’t ever give it a break do you? Frost is not coming here next year. Maybe a few years from now but not next year. I for 1 don’t want to be sad as fan base and football team that fires coaches into there 3rd season and I’m just guessing any good AD knows better then to do this. Plus side is Diaco has our defense in the right direction and progressing every week. And looks as if our offense got some confidence back and a decent group of OLine out there jelling.
I would like to know how you are so certain that Frost isn't coming? He very well may not be, but at this point who knows. As far as you saying a few more years from now, well guess what, the competition to get him then will only get tougher. Diacos defense does look to be getting better, but it has only looked better against very poor offenses. I've seen this movie before. And I dont like firing a coach after only 3 years as well, but the bottom line is this, if he can't perform, he has got to go.
I understand the concern about the defensive improvement over below average offenses, but at least the defense is holding these teams under 200 yards and not making bad offenses look like top 10 offenses.
Let's see how they do the next two weeks, but I like what I'm seeing.
