... that is my new TKR avatar, haha. It's a shame because I JUST switched it after like 10 years of an Eric "52" avatar, and was happy with my new one, which was a snippet from the RU football wallpaper I designed this year, but alas, here I am. That "It worked out!!!!!!!" locker room speech was just "screaming" to be used as an avatar. Pun intended.

Side note, what a classic that will become, esp. if this season continues to be a success. If that happens, it'll be just as classic as Foster's "Le'ts stand tall, we can't fall" locker room chant from the '06 season. Love it, ha.

I 100% hear you, @RUTGERS95 and I seriously contemplated it for awhile, because it truly did feel like sacrilege or a bad omen. But at the end of the day, I felt like it can always come back, and quite possibly at some significant time in the future.

I think Eric would approve. No one is probably happier than he is with the win. I had the pleasure of meeting him a while back and he was pretty funny telling stories about how to keep the broadcasts interesting during some of those Ash classics.

Eric is going to my daughter's HS tomorrow to talk to the kids. They get to be out of uniform for the even...encouraged to wear red. She's excited to be able to pull out a special shirt for the day....either the old "52/Believe" t-shirt....OR...one of Eric's "Roll Model" t-shirts. Will never forget watching Eric's recruitment...you loved him before he ever got on campus...then his rise as a player and leader on the team...you loved him then....and everything that happened through now...you still love him. I'm glad my daughter will be able to see/hear him speak...an inspiration and an awesome human being.
