The gas deposits are probably owned by Texas refineries,
So how in the hell does that help us.
Asking for Art.
Nate, care to explain.

Maybe we can hit up this guy? Richest man in PA I'm told...$49.6 billion.

Forbes: Gambling Instincts Helped Bala Cynwyd’s Jeff Yass Create a ...
My wife's first cousin Janine,
🧐no way in hell Jeff will contribute to Penn States NIL,
UNLESS THERE IS something in it for him.
Reach out to him, Make him an offer....Jeff is an accomplished and tremendous gambler.
Back Penn State with NIL funds to become the team with the most talented athletes in the B1G.
By the way, a wealthy persons money does not trickle down, they earned it, we didn't but he and cousin Janine do help help the immediate family.

We should probably wait a few weeks for the sting to wear off from our Men's Basketball Team beating the crap out of his Alma Mater Binghamton tonight.

We lost our big cash cow when Rolling Rock beer brand moved to New Jersey and calls itself Latrobe. We could have partnered with Rolling Rock, Yuengling and others in the state to sell these brands in Beaver Stadium and get profits cuts for NIL from beer sales. Market these beers everywhere and take a percentage for selling them at University sponsored events and see the gold flow into the coffers.

How about Mrs. T’s Pierogis and Yuengling beer? We can rename our tush push the pierogi push! The students section can toss frozen pierogis after every pierogi push in their endzone!

Among the 34 states that produce oil or natural gas, Pennsylvania is the only one that doesn’t tax the extracted resources

Pegula made his money in natural gas so I think it's fair to say that we have that

Ya bdgan, we have that provided you can get a Texan oil billionaire to cough up 20 mill or so for NIL

Pegula made his money when he sold his natural gas resources to Royal Dutch Shell currently located in Houston, Texas for $5 +/- billion.

The Shell Oil Company's former Natural Gas, and energy divisions are now Shell Energy North America, a closely integrated, but a distinctive entity that runs across North America and is headquartered out of Houston, Texas.

I don't know how much NIL money we have compared to other schools but I can't help but to believe a $10 million one time shot in the arm would make a big difference. That would provide and extra $1 million per year for each of the next 10 years. I don't know what it takes to get that. I know that donating to college players is extremely low on my own priority list.

I also think that schools who can't compete on NIL are going to have to become more like Wisconsin. Top linemen are getting $100k while top QBs are getting more than a $million. Load up on linemen and try to win in the trenches. It's a less expensive way to go.

Definitely sounds for eating, but recruiting .........🙄

There’s a market/butcher in the York area that makes sweet bologna. Twin Pines. You can get sticks of it at Weis I think. And Whenever I get a deer in PA I also get them to make deer bologna. But that stuff with Herlocher’s and pretzels is AMAZING. Bring out a tray of that stuff during a recruiting visit and these boys will lock in instantly, without needing NIL

Which is nuts. In the past there has been talk of a tax but the energy companies whine and that's the end of it.
