No they’re back.
Back to looking in the mirror and seeing a reflection that makes them think they’re like or equal to Oklahoma when everyone else looks at them and says somewhere between TX Tech, A&M, Baylor,, but not quite TCU.
The good news is their next head coach will be the guy who leads them back to a regular Big XII Title and occasional National Championship——Just like the last 2 hires.

If they want to make progress, they need to recruit more social justice warriors into the program.
It seems like their QB has been playing 8 years now. Texas lost out by trying to transform themselves into an air raid team. Defense is lost on the Big 12. When they were a really good team it was because they were balanced and played good D. Run and stop the run. Same with OU. No B12 team has a chance at an NC until that changes. Just my opinion

Funny you should mention their qb Ehlingrr and his tenure there.
1. Unless I’m mistaken, This year does not count for any player in college football meaning he (Ehlinger) has another year.
2. The qb imo Texas should have kept & played is at SMU (Shane Buechelle). He has better touch and some quickness that’s scary. He is not big but Kylar Murray wasn’t that big either and he’s did pretty well in the Big XII (same offense too).
