Yes the Big XII does suck this year. When you go 0-3 vs the sun belt at HOME and despite one of those games being Kansas, the conference sucks. What is worse is the team we lost to today is at best only the 2nd best team in the state of Oklahoma.
And Texas Tech showed why it's Texas Tech. Nothing has changed in Lubbock.

From the parts of the game I caught on stream, Ok St is a one trick pony and the WVU defense couldn’t stop them. The OK St qb struggled throwing the ball. It was run, run, pass, punt for Ok St.

Couldn't stop them? They did except for 2 runs...........1st quarter for TD and 4th quarter for TD. Our offense fumbled for a scoop and score (7 points on offense). Then offense screws up two-minute offense, give OK State ball and score (3 Points).
OK State also fumbled FOUR TIMES, of which bounced their way each time.
They didn’t force any long yardage situations really for Ok St to force them to pass the ball. That may be the worst offense I’ve ever seen from a Gundy coached team. It was terrible. It’s also just that WVU looked as bad on offense.
I think Iowa St, Texas, and Oklahoma come in that order of league play.
Of OK State's 203 rushing yards, 89 of them came on just two runs.........1st quarter and final minute of the game.
We also forced them to punt 6 times........they forced us to punt 6 times............
The Big 12 is going to suck until they learn how to play defense. This has been my biggest gripe with them and it gets worse each year. Fk the air raid crap, Im over it. We will never make it far as a team of conference until D becomes a big priority.

What was Rich Rods record in year 1? How well did Rich Rod do in his 2nd game of year 2? I will give you a hint the game was in Camp randell? It took Rich Rod 5 years to build up Wvu How long has Brown been here?
Rich Rod took over the stale, average, and boring program from Dandy Don and elevated it to levels that no other coach has done since. He implemented a completely new system, and in his second year he beat a top 20 ranked Pitt and Virginia Tech in back to back games and finished ranked 15 at the end. When Brown gets even close to that, let me know.
It took Rich Rod 5 years to elevate the program to that level. The wins Rich Rod had against Pitt and Vtech were at the end of year 2 we are still at the beginning of year 2 for Brown. Wisconsin Blew out wvu in the 2nd game of Year 2 under rod.. Brown had a better record than Rich Rod at this stage in their wvu career. Rich Rods year 2 team got blown out by virginia in the bowl game.
You are overrating ISU once again.
Oklahoma State wins with defense. They can play 1 on 1 physical football and if your WR can't match that it will be difficult to win.
Oklahoma secondary is still the worst one I've ever seen.
Been saying it all year. Their defense is top 10 in the country and possibly #1 in Big 12. If your WR can't out muscle ow play more physical than their DB's then you're toast. OSU can play man to man with the best of them.
I suspect OSU offense improves if Sanders gets healthy. There's going to come a game that they will need to score to win.
WVU mental mistakes once again killed them against Oklahoma State.

No hiding behind a defense especially since even most of the SEC teams outside of Georgia can put up points.
Georgia for whatever reason thinks this is still 1980
IMO if is much harder to play defense and then get your QB ready
Then have a QB ready and then get your defense ready
WVU did put up yards on them.
Turnover really hurt plus they could cash in on those chances.
WVU is maybe a half click behind where they need to be.
