I hate the kitty’s as much as anyone walking this earth but not sure they “will be back to the old Kentucky next year”. Why? Simply put, they have EIGHT home games next year with plenty of cupcakes! I hope you’re right, but I think Brainfart is using the “Kansas State scheduling model” with his kitty’s next season.

That’s a not so attractive home schedule imo. I wouldn’t want to pay for those eight games if I was a season ticket holder.
At worse 7-1 in home games. They have done a pretty good job recruiting, as an example they have lost their starting LT in the preseason the last two years and have replaced them with Army AA kids.
Kentucky isn’t going to be anything like they are this year, they lose too much.
I think the biggest loss will be in the secondary. We lose too much there...and then losing Allen will be the worst loss on the team. But, Pascal coming back may give us another elite player (as long as he is fully recovered). The line and linebackers should be good.
Benny Snell's loss will hurt...but the secret to Benny's success has been an amazing offensive line...and we return quite a bit from the current 2-deep(not to mention Landon Young). Lynn Bowden is only scratching the surface...and maybe a Wandale Robinson can add another weapon.
Will we be as good? No. But....I see Mizzou and Vandy taking huge steps back. Then there's 3 gimme non-conference games. Tennessee, South Carolina, and Louisville games all don't scare me. We get Florida at home.
Its a favorable schedule. Do i see 10-11 wins next year? No...but I in no way see a drop back to a 2-10 or 3-9 type team. And that's me speaking realistically.
