Big weekend. Fun to see,/hear what goes down with appearances and the "Y". Titans have a BYE. Hmm...
I think we have a pretty good shot at bringing this young man into the fold unless/until O$U offers him. Hopefully they won't; he'd definitely be a great get for Stoops and staff.
You have it right. If Ohio State doesn't offer Munford, then it is Kentucky vs. Pitt. All along, Stoops and Gran wanted Wills and Munford but they knew they were more likely to sign Munford. They also have a great chance to sign Naasar Watkins out of Maryland. If they can sign all 3, they would probably take Dotson, Munford, Watkins. Cole Mosier and Kyle Meadows will graduate after 2017. They still don't know what they have in Tate Leavitt and Luke Fortner, both of whom could end up as guards. They would prefer to move GAA inside too. Landon Young is a future star, but they can really use 3 more tackles in this class.
A Munford offer will all depend on Trey Smith. If Smith passes on tOSU as expected this coming Tues...it's a possibility Munford could be the guy to replace Jake Moretti, who de-committed and went to Colorado.
Or maybe Munford just tires of being Urban's booty call, commits to UK before leaving town, and sticks. :boxing:
Munford doesn't live in Cincy anymore. He transferred to Massillon near Canton, Ohio.
