The one in the list for Jeff Sheppard isn’t even his best. Can’t recall the game - help me out here - but Sheppard charged from deep corner directly along the baseline and literally high jumped his defender to ram it home. Was a real jaw dropper.

Absolutely Positively.
I was sitting 5 rows from the basket.
I've told others 1000 times that was the greatest dunk I ever saw anywhere.
Is there a video clip of that dunk? I tried searching but had no luck. Thanks.

I did the same. It happened pre-season in October 1977 (season we won Title).
The Russian National Team won the Olympics in '72 and came close in '76.
So Cats felt like they were representing USA emotionally in this game.

UK blew the Russian team out.
But the roof was raised when Lee dunked on the 7'2" Russian star.

HINDS my peeps
1st player in MLB history to tally 5 extra base hits in his 1st two games.
The bat goes straight to Cooperstown and Cincinnati is charging.

Remember that win but the years are slippin' by too quick ... LOL. Thank you for the refresh. James was a man among men and tough for anyone to handle around the rim.
