MITCH JUMPS THE GUN!!!!

In:

(1) hiring a new BB coach w/o proper vetting
(2) embracing the "coach in waiting" fad
(3) giving a huge raise to the women's BB coach
(4) emphasizing Olympic sports to the detriment of the FB program
(5) hiring a FB coach w/o head coaching experience
(6) giving said FB coach a huge raise and extension

I could go on and on. But you get the point.

About the only thing he hasn't "jumped the gun" on was upgrading the FB facilities. Than took 10+ years and a fan revolt!!! And I suppose I should add in finally hiring Coach Cal.

Does it ever occur to anyone that one of the reasons some guys don't want the job is because they know Barnhart is not serious about football? cal doesn't care for Barnhart. There's a reason why.

The guy is a condescending dick. He's a do nothing AD and most guys don't want to coach for someone like that. We really really need a knew direction in the AD department.

Until Mitch is gone we will continue to slide where it matters.

Bingo....AD is lazy in his coaching searches. Somehow So Miss hired a former HC (FCS 2x conference champ (Alcorn St) ) who our 4 yr HC to school.
