For any coasters enthusiasts in the area. It looks really cool but I seriously hope they rethink the name and leave the word Beast out of it. Anything with the word Beast in it needs to be a wood coaster. I know, I'm old for holding on to that. It basically looks like it is to the Diamondback as the Beast is to the Racer. Really just a bigger. taller, faster version. I hope they redesigned the safety harness a bit. If you've ever ridden the Diamondback you know it's just that one bar. It looks basically the same in the video but the seat may a bit more. I know I'm not flying out of the Diamondback but I always feel like I am going to.

The Firehawk is also gone. I really liked that ride. It was so completely different than every other coaster. I can see people not liking it though. It's one thing to go upside down, it's another to being constantly flipped over.

The last time I rode the beast a pain in my side was surely internal organs bleeding and I was an athletic 25 years old.

That’s pretty cool but it’s not real, it says so in the description.

I’ve always enjoyed riding the Beast. Went there back in ‘96 when the park opened for the day and rode the Beast five times in the first hour. Always enjoyed the rest of Kings Island too.

Yes, thus the number 2020 in the title of the thread. That was actually a year which isn't 4 months from now when KI opens again. that is actually about 16 months from now after they have had time to build it.
The title is (n)ot the descriptio(n). Look at the video i(n) the app or on YouTube.com and then expa(n)d the details.

Wait.. you think we thought that video was real footage of a roller coaster already built? o_O

It’s not real as in that video did not come from King Island and is a fan creation.

Pre-paramount ftw. Local theme.

pretty sure going down hill hog-tied in glen's trunk is the biggest thrill ride in America.
