Always nice to see a quality contributor return to action following a devastating setback. Of course, we're not speaking of an injured running back or linebacker. All it took was some quality Dodger pitching to pull DoS back inside from the window ledge and return to his true calling. Well, at least the one that can be mentioned in polite company.

For the newbie posters (always amazes me to see someone registered for a decade finally inspired to post a reply, but we're getting better at drawing you guys out of the closet): pick the winners, and if you only list winners, we'll assume you understand/calculate the spread.

SR 13 MA 12 (1st week of the playoffs for the Mustangs)
MC 22 PC 21 (this one will be very intense in New Lenox)
BR 33 LA 32 (this one is a good one but also a weird one. LA is better if it was a 7 game series but weird things happen on the road)

F 41 DLS 21 (does Fenwick ever play on the road)
MCHS 33 SF 0

AC 38 SJ 12
SL 22 SI 12 (depends on who suits up for the Vikings)

SR-Marmion: I don't think Rita covers that line but I think they win. I saw enough positive things from them last Fri.

MC-PC: MC has been here before. Obviously some issues on Defense but I think they get it done. 35-28 Id say . They are awful covering so wouldn't do the -12

LA-BR: I will just not pick vs. LA until they lose again. I think the game is lower scoring then people think. So I will lay off the spread and take the Under only on this one.

MC 28 PC 14 - Easy win
LA 35 BR 17- BR has good talent. LA has the same talent but with size
SR 35 Marmion 24 - Marmion is tougher than people think. They 6-2.

If the Rita that played vs Rice last week shows up at Marmion, then Rita wins by 14. If not, then Marmion could pull a surprise - they're playing well over past 2 games. Aside from playing to get into the playoffs, I do think that if Rita loses at Marmion (not a Marist or a MC type but remember Marmion) and misses playoffs for 2nd year in a row, then does Zunica make the change at the top? I would think Rita would need to go in a new direction if that is the case

Blue:
SR @ MA (SR 28 MA 20) - Cadets are an enigma. SR has bipolar personality disorder, so it depends on if "angry SR" shows up or "lazy-who-cares SR" does. SR 21 MA 20
MC @ PC (MC 34 PC 22) - If PC played as good as their moms looked, they wouldn't be in this predicament: MC 28 PC 3
LA @ BR (LA 38 BR 32) - The ol' Gambletron has this one pretty good. I just don't see either team really pulling out all stops for "round one." Should be a good test for LA's dbacks. LA 16 BR 9

Green:
DLS @ F (F 42 DLS 14) - Boy, that schedule really came back to bite the Meteors in the keister, no? Frères 35 Falling Meteor 12
SF @ MCHS (MCHS 42 SF 6) - All should take a moment to read Montini's Gravissimum educationis Broncs 42 Sparty 0

White:
AC @ SJ (AC 35 SJ 21) - Backyard football, last score wins. Chargers 63 Iggles 58
SI @ SL (SL 35 SI 20) - Two teams trying to keep the ball from the other. Vikes 24 Wolves 21
LFA @ BMac (BMac 38 LFA 7) - According to the Google, the bus ride could take 3 hours, 30 minutes. Irish 42 Frogs 0

Red:
Leo @ TECH (TECH 14 Leo 13) - Looks like both teams are winding up their seasons today. Hats off to some great young men. Lions 28 Rams 20
