8-4 last week. Let’s see how this week goes. Not many “competitive” games this week.

Hope over Gordon Tech ghosts 38-0

De La Salle over Leo 38-0

St Ig over Fenwick 38-0

St L over St J 38-0

Marmion over DuSable 38-0

Montini over CTK - again refuse to give a score. Once again, who scheduled this game?

Mt Carmel over Maine South 24-21. What a game this will be!

Br Rice over Crete 31-21. Crusaders looked good against Marist. C-M seems to be one dimensional this year - pass, pass, pass

St Rita over Richards 28-24. This will be another great game. Kuska can’t let his boys start 0-2 with the Blue games staring them in the chops.

Provi over Morgan Park 38-21. PC running game looks good but real question is how bad was Lockports D? Celtics will get real test on D especially now with Pignotti out for the year. Celtics hopefully keep solid before rematch with StL next week.

LA over NT 34-21. Loyola is Loyola.

This weekend is a good to see what MC and Rice are all about. What is the MC offense and can Rice play defense for the first time in the Badke era.

Also get to see what is up with Fenwick. I heard Kenwood was actually much more talented than expected. This week should tell, as after the drubbing ST I put on them in prep bowl they should have something to play for other needing to rebound from last week.

A Rita loss and I don't think they get to 5 wins unless one of Rice, Montini or Provi do not get to 5 wins.

Rest of the games will not be within 20 points.

Geez man, I know it’s rivalry week for you but you don’t have to take my Gambletron criticism personally. I was still reeling and foggy from the beat down my Mustangs endured in the City of Stone and Steel. Please tell your algorithm I’m sorry.

DLS over Leo: DLS won't have to work too hard

Iggy's over Fenwick: Iggy's is good. Fenwick is terrible

StL over Joe's: Vikes get back on track without much stress

Marmion over DuSable: Nothing to see here

Maine South over MC: MS just has that Bama/Ohio State vibe right now. Should be a great game!

Rive over C-M: May be close due to emotional let down after the Pulaski Super Bowl, but Rice gets the job done

Richards over Rita: Another great match up, but Richards has the playmaker.

Montini over CtK: Shame on Montini for taking this game

PC over MoPo: Running clock

LA over NT: Going to be a bad time for the Trevians

Lol! RS--I am around my friend; I am still trying to recoup from that loss to JCA. Does Richards have a huge o-line? If not, then I am confident Rita has a good chance of winning this home game.

Yea, pretty big guys. #54 is a monster. Big LB’s too. Hoping for a Richards win. Good luck to St. Rita and you.
