So, Mr. Bill. Say you are right. What changes in our day to day life-- besides airlines no longer flying the northern route to Asia? What else changes?

My life, nothing. The life of all the ball earthers living in denial probably nothing. Those who come to the realization of the flat earth EVERYTHING changes.

False. Religious "scientists" with an agenda are saying that and getting laughed out of their profession by their peers.

Figured out how that whole moon thing works in the diagram you posted yet?

A couple of physicists who appeared in "The Principle" include...
Michio Kaku
Lawrence Krauss

What a couple of shills. [eyeroll]

Maybe I was being too cute. Why in the world do you think airlines circumnavigate via the Great Circle route to Asia? Are airline execs wasting millions in fuel each year because they're in on the globe earth ruse as well?

Dude, asked and answered (multiple times). It's all here somewhere, knock yourself out.

Who have both said they were misrepresented in your little mockumentary with an agenda. Try again.

I don't care what they said afterwards it's what they said on tape. They got a little to lippy about what a crisis theoretical physics is experiencing and then tried to backtrack later. Also of course the documentary had an agenda, WTF do you think a documentary is, the fact that they got caught with their pants down is just icing on the cake.

You can make anyone say anything using editing. This was the case for your pseudoscience documentary.

No, the interviewer asked honest questions and the interviewees gave honest answers. Watch the video, do they or do they not recognize that there is a crisis in cosmology or not? The OBSERVABLE data is telling us this, just because they don't like what it's telling them is irrelevant.

so here is a question
apparently there is a world-wide conspiracy by all our leaders to keep the arctic wall/edge of the earth under wraps
how did this work when it was established the earth is a sphere by Hellenistic astronomy in the 3rd century BC? How did they keep people away, then?

I remember some stuff about flying over Antarctica but what about a flight from Florida to Japan? Humor me. I can try to track down a flight plan for an example.

The movie edited conversations to make people say what they wanted to say. I have no interest in watching anything that manipulates under false pretenses to get their point across.

I will admit, there is a crisis. We have idiots that don't know what they are talking about trying to be backyard astrophysicists trying to use the world's greatest work of fiction as their guideline.

Uuummm, you have to cross treacherous seas and it's cold as balls. Just a few obstacles to overcome with the technological restrictions of the time. You do realize that "Antarctica" has always been a barren wasteland don't you.

i mean since the universe is infinite, the Earth could technically be in the middle. though any other point you choose would be in the middle of it's own place in the universe as well.

This "conversation" would be much more constructive if h6 actually liked science instead of worshiping scientism. Science fetishists are the absolute worst.

yes I'm aware; so there is a wasteland before you reach the wall around the earth; got it

fast forward a bit then; what about Roald Amundsen?

I'm not going to go back over all the pages of this thread. I literally just flew from Louisville to anchorage to Hong kong to almaty to warsaw to cologne, and across the Atlantic back to Louisville. So if the op is correct, that couldnt be done and I've been completely fooled by a world wide conspiracy.

Exactly why wouldn't that be possible on a flat earth?

Well let's think about that. If I start from point A and head west, I'd eventually end up at the same spot if the earth were round. If the earth were flat, I'd eventually find the edge and fall off i guess?

It's also very easy to see the curvature of the earth at 40,000 feet.

So you are just talking out your *** without investigating how navigation on a flat earth works. That's a bold strategy hombre. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

No you can't, in fact you can't see it no matter how high you go. You really should read through this thread or do some independent investigation before you jump into the deep end of the pool Jr.

Reading:Now more reliable than actual observation.

I can read that an abused British boy whose parents were murdered as a child grew up to become a powerful wizard, but that doesn't mean it's true. Although, that still isn't as good of a piece of fiction as the Bible.

are you sure it's not true?
I hear that the author of those books was kicked out of the wizarding world, so she wrote about them under the guise of fiction.

well.it makes as much sense as other stuff on this thread

It's pretty crazy to see someone so completely convinced of something so incredibly absurd. I'd love to know what was gained by the thousands of scientists who lied to us throughout the years.

You are a two dimensional thinker. I bet you are the type of guy that routinely has to wash his hand moments after seeing a "wet paint" sign.
