The media will certainly not touch this with a 10 foot pole because of how it reflects on Obama and Comey. However, this law has to be re-upped by Congress this year. That is very much in jeopardy unless the intelligence agencies start providing all the information Congress is demanding. As you likely know, the FBI is withholding a lot of information on the scandal.
