First, the ACA can't just die. It is a federal law in which the Executive branch must enforce per the constitution. You see someone say "let it die", that person is a fool. Second, conservatives in government have proven they can't lead or govern, they can only ***** and whine. That is why they repealed it under Obama and can't do squat now.
